All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling, and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate.

Payment can be made through Paypal, credit/debit card or Klarna.

If you wish to pay by alternative means eg cheque or BACS, please contact us for further information.

Postage & Packing

P&P is charged at £4.95 for most items, some larger more fragile items will carry a larger cost which is shown at checkout. This amount applies to UK mainland only – for UK island locations and international shipments, please contact us as shown above.

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days, subject to stock availability. We will notify you by e mail if there is any change to this.


If for any reason your order does not fulfil your expectations, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, clearly unused, and in the original packaging. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if this is not the case.

For furniture items we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been shipped. Damages or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours. Where applicable replacement parts will be sent rather than collecting and replacing complete items. In the unlikley event of a warranty claim on furniture items the manufacturer of the goods will assess claims and their decision will be the outcome of the claim.

For all returns, except where the goods are faulty, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. Please state why you are returning them, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Perfectly Lovely Interiors cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when making a return.

Product Descriptions

Whilst we take every possible care to ensure that product descriptions and measurements on our website are correct, specifications are intended to give a general description and there may be slight variations in finish and colour due to either the hand-made nature of the item, the photographic process or computer software.

If the price or description is obviously in error, we reserve the right to limit Perfectly Lovely Interiors’ liability to the return of the money the customer has paid.
